Perfect Session Options for Your Newborn Portrait
The Full Session of 2 to 3 hours is the perfect package for a newborn shoot. There are other options to choose from on the Book Now page of the website. During the session Lea will photograph your newborn baby in about 3 different outfits and with various backgrounds. We will also allocate time for a family portrait.
Optimal Timing for Your Newborn Photography Session
Lea prefers for newborn photography sessions to take place when babies are between 5 to 14 days old. At this stage newborn babies still sleep consistently, curled up as if they were still in the womb. They will not mind too much when they are being moved into various positions. After two weeks, newborns will start to act more restless. Capturing pictures of your newborn within the first two weeks of their birth can make all the difference in your family portrait experience.
Newborn Photography Props and Styling
Lea will offer you a whole selection of high-end props, newborn clothing, baby knitwear, headbands, and bonnets for you to select during the shoot. You also will find a variety of baby blankets wraps and baskets to play with. Lea enjoys the option of very minimal styling, which will bring into focus your baby’s beautiful features.
Perfect and Safe Studio Environment for Your Baby Portrait
Lea and her assistant will welcome you in her beautiful studio, which is equipped with a baby changing station, kitchenette, cozy sofa and much more. Lea will make sure your family feels perfectly comfortable in the studio. The team will create a fun, easy, and memorable experience. Please feel free to visit the Location page to see pictures of the beautiful studio.
